·         External Email notification Updates with invoice collections built-in:

The ability to externally email representatives, staff or subcontractors updates when you are working in the case logs, reports, or invoices.  By checking a box…you can now send your customers updates on cases and have “attached reports” follow.  We have also added an invoice collection module where past due invoices are automatically emailed out when they become past due.  This feature is currently under beta testing…but soon to be released.

·         Compatibility for  many Internet browsers:

Within the login screen we have added a list of Internet browsers we are compatible with (Explore, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).  If you notice anything out of alignment please contact support at support@virtualcasemanagment.com

NEWS UPDATE:  07/20/09

·         Personalized URL & uploading of your custom logo:

You can now upload your own logo to show within the login screen and the VCM main screen.  You should be able to resize your own logo using Photoshop, or if you need further assistance resizing and choosing the same background color to blend your logo, contact:  support@virtualcasemanagement.com  

·         Forgot Password link within login screen:

We have added a hyperlink called “forgot password”…whereas if a client or other user should forget their password it will be emailed to the email address you added to their user page.

NEWS UPDATE:  05/20/09

·         Retainer Fee Section:

We have added a retainer fee section during the opening of your cases; where once you add a retainer you can now deduct from the retainer when creating your invoice.  This feature also works with our QuickBooks integration application.

·          Video tutorials into general operations:

We have created video tutorials that are approximately 3-4 minutes in length…providing short video tutorials into general operations, i.e. adding customers, cases, reports, invoices…etc.

These tutorials currently only work in Internet Explorer; however they soon should work in other browsers as well.  The videos can be located within the VCM main screen menu bar to the left.
