The integration of the Twain Driver Accessibility allows for “Automatic Document Feeding” (ADF) as well as Duplex scanner support. Various scanner manufactures and models were tested to confirm the accuracy and speed with all scanners working without fault. Over 10 scanners and 4 manufactures were tested with some scanners working faster then others. Since Virtual Case Management™ is accessing your Twain Driver (software) of your scanner…each scanner behaves differently based on the software package that came bundled with the scanner.

Virtual Case Management™ hard coded Twain Access managed controls; which allows Virtual Case Management™ to access applications to fully control Twain compliant scanners and cameras. Cameras (Many if not most twain driver devices can be accessed through VCM... from Web Cams to Forensic USB Microscopes) YES… this means you can even access  your NetCam, which means you can take a picture via your NetCam by pressing scan. This feature has been fully tested and is currently being used by one of our clients who uses the feature during security events.
