Virtual Case Management has an administrative report which generates the total open cases and the types of cases by dates. This allows the end user to generate customized reports…weekly, bimonthly, monthly, yearly and even over a series of years.

Knowing how many cases and the type of cases opened from any given point is easy with the “VCM Administrative Overview Report”. You can access the “VCM Administrative Overview Report” via the main menu bar to the left by choosing “Administrator” and then “Reports”.
