Wow!! This software is great and it’s truly the best invention I have seen in years. It allows you to concentrate on your investigations rather than running a business. I have owned a private investigative agency for the past 35 years and can tell you the frustration of “employees” not following directions. Virtual Case Management™ eliminates all of that and forces the user along in the correct flow of how a case should develop-minimizing mistakes.

Virtual Case Management™ allows my process servers to complete affidavits on the fly, eliminating an office position saves both time and money. VCM also allows my field investigators to generate their own reports along with uploading photos and video! All of this can be done from their vehicles, allowing my manager to make decisions into the case. If you are unsure, contacting your client and having them log in to watch the same video only generates more hours and further assignments.

In the private industry we also take cases from Plaintiff and Defense attorneys…we are not biased; we are in business to make money. Investigators do not take sides…we just provide factual evidence. However by taking plaintiff and defense work a conflict of interest is more prevalent then you would think. Virtual Case Management™ has a built-in safety feature which protects you from the possible conflict. It not only stopped a huge conflict which would have surly developed…but VCM generated me further business when I advised the client to what might have transpired.

There is so much technology incorporated into VCM, it is quite difficult for me to choose which feature is the best. Overall, my case loads have increased whereas my staff has decreased.
