As you open a new case, VCM searches your database to see if the project is already within, helping to save time and stop conflicts. Once your case has been opened VCM gives you the ability to attach single or multiple documents to the case or the project; or use our “Direct-Scan” feature to scan the document directly via our Twain driver access. Cases can contain more than one project, with the ability to generate an unlimited amount of projects per case. Once you create single or multiple projects, you can attach specific documentation independently to those projects or to the case in general, allowing for an organized controlled outcome. The project page can be customized with specific fields and questions that work best for your industry. Upload pictures, audio, video, or documents, with the ability to email those attachments with a click of a button. The case log allows you to protect specific entries from others viewing them, with the ability to send log updates to people assigned to the case by the click of a button. The ability to record your voice directly into the case log, “audio-notes”, along with controlling who can view or hear those notes.
 
VCM allows you to assign the case to staff or vendors within or without of your office; and provide each user with different access rights (admin/staff/vendors), with the ability to email status updates to users assigned to the case. This allows all people associated with the case to collaborate and view documentation internally; and communicate securely via our email and Instant Messaging integration. VCM gives you the ability to track the performance of a user, where you can rate their performance during or as you close a case. When updating a case log or uploading a document, the end user has the ability to protect that specific update or document from others viewing it. The ability to set reminders specifically for yourself, other users, or send group reminders; with reminders integrated into the case structure. VCM was designed to bill as the case develops, helping to hedge against losses and generating larger profits. A complete accounting system is integrated into the case structure with a money report that tracks your billing, expenses, and retainer fees. The retainer fee section allows you to monitor fees received and reduce invoices against retainer fees as you create invoices. The Computer IT and Design Template Reports, gives you the ability to generate reports specifically to the project you are working.
