VCM has a complete accounting system integrated throughout the case structure with a money report that tracks your billing and expenses. The VCM Template Reports can be ordered and customized for your department; however VCM currently comes with an Affidavit for Service, Surveillance Detail, Interview Report, Security Survey, and a Digital Fingerprint Retrieval Card. VCM gives the administrator the ability to set multiple fees to each report (pending your department's structure…or set no fees); allowing for multiple fees and automatic billing once a report is created.
