web based Case Management Solution to navigate with wizards

investigators, staff, subcontractors and clients to collaborate
over a case by reviewing documentation and communicating via
the encrypted internal email and Instant Messaging. VCM allows
you to rate the performance of a user (staff or vendor) at the
end of the case or at any point in-between, with the ability
to track the end-users case history and performance. The ability
to set reminders specifically for yourself, other users, or
send group reminders; with reminders integrated into each case.

add the URL to your website allowing requests/orders to be submitted
but it actually opens the case…saving you time and money!
The ability to have multiple subjects per case…with
their audio, video, and document evidence attached independently
allowing for an organized controlled outcome. The subject page
can also be customized with specific fields and questions that
work best for your industry. When updating a case log or uploading
a document, the end user has the ability to protect that specific
update or document from others viewing it. The ability to record
your voice directly into the case log, “audio-notes”,
along with controlling who can view or hear those notes. VCM
offers the largest upload in the industry (150MB), allowing
for large documents, audio or video uploads; with the ability
to download or email an attachment or case log. VCM gives you
the ability to attach single or multiple documents; or use our
“Direct-Scan” feature to scan the document directly

helping to hedge against losses and generating larger profits!
A complete accounting system integrated into the case structure
with a money report that tracks your billing, expenses, and
retainer fees. The retainer fee section allows you to monitor
fees received and reduce invoices against retainer fees. The
VCM Investigative Template Reports can be ordered and customized
for your own agency; however VCM currently offers (23+) reports
such as (Affidavit, Surveillance, Asset Search, Skip Trace…etc.).
VCM gives the administrator the ability to set multiple fees
to each report, allowing for various fees and automatic billing
once a report is created. VCM offers various template reports
to assist you; however we often customize reports that work
