Witness Statement (Slip & fall) Report:

The (Slip & Fall) Witness Statement is four pages in length with the attorney or legal staff first conducting the introduction, tagging the report with vital information, e.g. the attorney or legal staff name, firm, case number etc. Along with asking the witness if the the attorney or legal staff has permission to record the statement, with a dropdown box stating YES or NO. The Witness Statement takes you in chronological order into various questions that need to be asked to conclude what transpired. Administrators can also associate fees with the report allowing for quick and accurate invoices. VCM also allows you to choose which the attorney or legal staff name to associate with the report, helpful when you have multiple attorneys or legal staff assigned to a case. The user can also edit the set fee amount associated with the report or add multiple fees to the report allowing for regular, rush, bulk rates or more.
